In Echo Verse the sound of the second to last syllable (or word) in each line is echoed (rhymed) by the last syllable. Sometimes this echo is on a line by itself. Echo Verse often takes the form of question and answer.
is it too late, mate?
when fighting against sin
when fighting against wind
when loosing a fair fight
when winning a fair fight
who is it that stole my ham
will you at least stay for lunch?
chocolate chip cookie dough, I want that
gymnastic shoes, don’t slip
