This is a form created by Harrisham Minhas from Punjab India. In a Harrisham Rhyme there are six lines with the end rhyme scheme of A,B,A,B,A,B. Each line after the first begins with the last letter of the first word in the line above.

tell me where I am
let me go
toss me aside, I don’t give a damn
set me free, let me know
